Distinctive ingredients
Peas. Position two on every Naturals recipe, ahead of the fat. These are whole peas supplying starch and some plant protein, not the refined pea protein isolate some grain-free kibbles use to lift the headline protein figure. No Vetalogica recipe carries an isolate.
Menadione (Vitamin K3). A synthetic vitamin K source in the premix of every recipe, and the reason each one carries this site's menadione flag. Guidelines treat added vitamin K as necessary for cats mainly in high-fish diets; here it appears across the board, lamb and chicken recipes included.
Natural Flavour. The undisclosed palatant on all nine Naturals and VitaRapid recipes, and what puts the Collective Labelling flag on them. The Biologically Appropriate line does without it, one reason those labels read cleaner.
Fish Meal. Two treatments on one range.
